Landsize Specifications
You can design your plan to have up to 50% site coverage (over the roof) on your section. Some different living zones for higher density housing may mean an exception to this rule.
How long will my build take?
Once we start the excavations we like to give a rough time frame of six months, but most of our builds are completed in five.
